Session fees are the charges for our time, image processing, etc. Remember, these fees are not deducted from your final order and are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will forfeit your session fee. Due to the large number of portraits we shoot on weekends, Sunday Sessions are very limited. Please add an additional $25.00 for a Sunday Session onto your regular session fee.
Know Your Yearbook Deadline
Yearbook glossies must be ordered two weeks prior to your deadline. If they are not ordered two weeks prior to the deadline, a $15.00 rush fee will apply.
Previews can be viewed in the studio by appointment only. If you wish to take them out of the studio, a $250.00 deposit will be required. This non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your purchase. Proofs are loaned to you for 15 days and must be returned to Siegman Portraits with your order. All proofs remain property of Siegman Portraits as per contract you sign to check out proofs. Copying is strictly prohibited by federal “copyright” laws and may not be copied unless permission is obtained by the studio. This includes the use of personal computers. We do take this very seriously.
When your order is placed, the remaining balance must be paid in order to send your order to the lab for processing.
No portion of any order may leave the Studio until your account is paid in full.
Please allow 4-6 weeks after you place your order until your order is complete. You will be phoned immediately upon completion.
